Description
Most commonly used as a sub-base for roads, car parks, paths, patios and driveways and building bases. MOT Type 1 has crushed gravel stones that form the sublayer. Hardwearing, this gravel provides a load bearing stable layer and a flat surface prior to a top coating of your choice. The type of mixture also ensures minimal voids in the sublayer when compacted.
